Patrick has been involved with the escalator and elevator industry for almost 30 years. Patrick started his career with EHC Global in Asia, where he was responsible for the company’s fastest growing region.

Returning to North America in 2007, Patrick led the global sales and business development team; expanding the company’s market share through new product introduction and territory expansion.

Following the sale of EHC Global to Draka Elevator, Patrick spent two years as VP of Sales & Customer experience through integration.

Patrick is involved heavily in industry activities and serves currently as a Member of the ASME A17 Standards Committee and Chair of the Escalator & Moving Walk Committee.

Vice President & Co-Founder

Mike began his career in 1978, working for then still new company, Escalator Handrail Company (EHC).

Growing and learning together, Mike wore many different hats in EHC’s early days developing a very diverse skill set. Eventually, following a learned passion for product development and technical support he earned wide-spread respect as a product expert.

In 2001 Mike left EHC Global to start Elator Inc. where, over a ten-year period, he developed the now famous, Elator flexible escalator brush and expanded Elator’s business scope into a trusted industry resource for escalator replacement parts.

Mike rejoined EHC Global in 2010 to lead EHC’s global expansion into escalator replacement parts.

In 2021 Mike left Draka-EHC and joined ECS, Corp ( Chicago ) for a year serving as an Executive consultant. Most recently, Mike joined with Patrick Bothwell to launch EL-ESCA.

Sales Manager

Nichole is based in Illinois, and leads EL-ESCA’s sales and customer support efforts.     

Nichole is a highly experienced sales professional serving customer’s escalator and elevator needs for 16 years. Most recently, she spent 10 years with ECS Corporation (Chicago ) as their sales and marketing leader. Before that, she was an active member of a very dynamic, and high profile Kone Spares team.

Committed to understanding her customer’s needs, and becoming expert in the products that she sells and supports; Nichole is constantly looking for ways to improve her team’s ability to serve customers.
